book confidently and travel safely
In the face of these uncertain times, we are taking extensive measures to keep you safe and comfortable from the moment you start planning your trip until the moment you return peacefully home. We achieve this by extending free postponements and vetting for the safest itineraries and accommodations possible.
Your safety is our number one concern and your dreams coming to life is our passion.
Travel responsibly with Peru for Less.
We’ve prepared for the unexpected, so you don’t have to. Peru for Less offers the most flexible postponement terms in the industry.
You can book confidently knowing we offer:*
Trips with departure dates until Dec. 31, 2022, can be postponed up to 30 days prior with zero change fees.
We can help you plan a private travel itinerary. This means all tours would be just you and your party plus the guide.
Postponing but can’t commit to specific dates yet? No problem! Postpone now, and choose your dates later.
For trips postponed to 2022 or later, standard inflation rates apply. You can calculate inflation rates using this neutral inflation calculator.
Remember you can get travel credit for postponements up to 30 days before the start of your trip. If you need to postpone your trip 15 days or less before departure, the amounts will vary based upon the date of the request.
Our travel packages are 100 percent customizable, which allows your personal Travel Advisor to hand select the exact tours, experiences, destinations and accommodations that suit your dates, needs and comforts. Want to skip museums and other indoor experiences? No problem! We build expert itineraries that keep you socially distanced and safe, while preserving the joys of exploring new places.
Our team works directly on-the-ground with our customer relations team, guides and providers to ensure that they are taking all the necessary precautions to safeguard your health by way of sanitization, distancing measures and other touch-free arrangements. Our evaluation processes ensure our travel packages are fully compliant with government protocols in post COVID-19 times.
You’ve made it to your destination! Now, Peru for Less will continue monitoring every transfer, tour, and hotel for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
You can travel with ease knowing the following are in place to protect your health and safety:
Hotels and transport will undergo deep cleaning between each use and hand sanitizing stations will be readily available in select areas. More touch-free transactions will be in use, such as e-tickets. Note, for your safety, some areas of hotels like gyms and spas may be temporarily closed.
Hotels, sites and restaurants will operate at reduced capacity so that it is easy to socially distance. Also, by default, many of the transfers in our travel packages are private, like the ones to and from the airport.
You can be assured that wearing a mask is currently mandatory in public spaces in Peru and other South American destinations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
To help prevent the spread of coronavirus, as per government guidelines, you can expect temperature checks upon entering many sites, transportation and buildings.
The amazing thing about travel to South America is that many of the top attractions and destinations feature outdoor tours, whether to natural or archaeological sites. This makes it easy to keep distant in the fresh air while seeing some of the most beautiful places in the world.
Peru for Less has Travel Advisors and staff on the ground in both Lima and Cusco in Peru and across most other South American destinations to welcome you when you arrive. Plus, should anything happen, health or otherwise, we have a 24-hour emergency support line with English-speaking staff that you can call. We will answer your call night or day and our operations team will immediately address your concerns and make any necessary arrangements.
For that extra blanket of security during these unpredictable times, we highly recommend that all our travelers purchase travel insurance.
